Our story
On your side of the table, from day one.
I.I Financial Services was founded by Imran Bhatti after years inside high-street banks watching good applicants get squeezed into products that suited the bank more than the borrower. The idea was simple: sit on the customer's side of the table, and never leave it.
Since then we've arranged more than £48 million of lending: first homes, remortgages and growing portfolios, for clients right across the UK. The market keeps changing; the way we work hasn't.
Most of our new clients arrive the old-fashioned way: recommended by someone whose mortgage we've already sorted. We intend to keep it that way.
